Welcome to wondertugas.com, owned by Antonella Scognamiglio. By using this site and booking our tours, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Services offered
The Site allows you to book cultural and gastronomic tours organised by Wondertugas. Each tour includes specific details such as meeting place, duration, itinerary and services included, which are described on the relevant tour page.
Bookings
Bookings can be made via the website by filling in the appropriate form.
A confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of booking.
The user is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information.
Payments
Payment can be made by credit card or in cash directly at the time of the tour at the meeting place. In this case, advance online booking is still required to ensure availability of the place. All prices are quoted in Euro and include taxes where applicable.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the customer: In the event of a cancellation or alteration of the booking please write in advance to tugaswonder@gmail.com
Cancellation on our part: In the event of adverse weather conditions, unavailability of staff or other force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Booking modification
Any changes to the booking must be requested by email to tugaswonder@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the tour.
Obligations of the Participant
Participants must arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes in advance.
It is the participant's responsibility to communicate any food allergies or intolerances in advance. The organisation reserves the right to refuse participation to persons in an inebriated state or with inappropriate behaviour.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage or accident occurring during the tour, unless directly attributable to negligence on our part.
Privacy
Personal data provided by you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the site.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
